An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful London based SaaS business as an account manager. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity that offers the scope to progress and the chance to work in a friendly and high performing team. There will be regular travel required in this role, mainly within Europe.
Main responsibilities:
- Developing relationships with all levels of users.
- Responding to qualitative feedback, promoting events, and identifying & building opportunities for account growth and referrals.
- Supporting the onboarding journey, ensuring clients are onboarded in a smart, consistent and client-centric way, leaving a lasting impression on users
- Maximising product adoption, generating opportunities for referrals and delivering a memorable experience for all users.
- Working closely with other (commercial and product) teams internally to represent the voice of customers and to continuously improve systems and ways of working.
Skills and Experience:
- The ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, willing to get involved in all aspects of the team’s work and adaptability to support other team members at short notice if required.
- Fantastic communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships internally as well as with clients.
