Account Manager

A successful and growing London based SaaS business are looking to hire an Account Manager on a permanent basis. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity that offers the scope to progress and the chance to work in a friendly and high performing team.

Main purpose of role:

You will be responsible for developing and nurturing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, providing strategy and advice to key business executives and stakeholders based on their requirements and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying opportunities to deliver value add services
  • Up-selling or cross-selling services and products
  • Managing a portfolio of clients
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Providing strategy and advice
  • Understanding client’s business needs, expectations and requirements
  • Driving change to ensure customer service quality standards are met
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address customers’ needs
  • Regular communications to ensure client retention and continuous service improvements
  • Creating and maintaining account plans to address clients’ business needs

Skills:

  • SaaS experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management – the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Solution lead problem solving
  • Excellent listening skills
