An exciting role has become available for a 3rd line Technical Support Analyst to join a leading Legal Technology Consultancy firm. They specialise in Document Management Consultancy, along with other Legal Technology offerings. This is a hybrid role, 4 days in the London office and 1 day based from home.
This company is a leading provider of software solutions for the Legal and professional services market, and they now have an opportunity for a 3rd line support analyst due to their rapid growth.
You will need to have the following experience:
- Working with client systems & new implementations
- Backend and front end skills with iManage/Worksite/Netdocuments or other Document Management Systems
- SQL Server
- Rest APIs
