The team has grown even stronger with the appointment of Dan Wales in London as the new Head of Jameson Legal Tech Consulting, and Sophie Best who joins JLT as a Senior Legal Tech Consultant working between the Middle East and Europe.
Dan has been dubbed a ‘data evangelist’ and ‘solution innovator’ through the delivery of data driven solutions to industry professionals and has effectively championed the importance of tech and data solutions for growth and sustainability. His launch of seminal legal tech and legal IT organisations Oliella Partners and DW Reporting are well known and his experience for bringing new technology to market and executing on successful growth strategies will be extremely valuable to the JLT team. Dan’s immediate impact is just the beginning of the positive effect he will have on the team and company’s offerings.
Sophie brings over 18 years of global legal tech experience and valuable connections from across the globe. Her director positions at SimSage and Tarjama in the Middle East perfectly places her to support JLT’s current clients while expanding their operations throughout the region. Sophie is well-known as a skilled advisor, helping clients solve complex challenges within the legal industry through various innovative technologies & managed services. She is also Chapter Assistant Director at Women in eDiscovery Dubai.
Dan and Sophie will be taking over the reins from Jon Bartman and Anthony Cherchian who were instrumental in the successful launch of Jameson Legal Tech. Whilst they will be leaving the team, Jameson Legal wishes them all the best in their future endeavours.
These impactful additions to the team will collaborate closely with Jameson Legal’s Group CEO, Jeremy Small, and the Director & Global Head of Legal Tech Services & Recruitment, Darren Kantor, to execute their worldwide services.
