This report is primarily based on partner hire data across 49 international law firms with offices in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The data used will contain historical records spanning from 2018 to 2024. The following analysis explores patterns and trends between different types of hiring firm, practice area, hire type (lateral partners, first-step partners, in-house to partner and government/admin/other to partner) and gender diversity of hires.
